We strive to provide you with premium Indian clothing of the highest quality. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a smooth and transparent return & refund process.

1. Return & Exchange Policy

a) Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Returns must be requested within  5 days from the date of delivery.
  • A valid order number and proof of purchase are required for returns.

b) Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
❌ Customized or personalized products
❌ Accessories (Earings,Juttis etc)
❌ Items purchased on sale or final clearance
❌ Worn, altered, or damaged products

c) Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to size and stock availability.
  • If the desired product is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be offered.

2. Refund Policy

a) Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item clears our quality check.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-4 business days after we receive the product
  • Shipping charges and COD fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will be processed via store credit or bank transfer after verification.

b) Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be issued if:

  • The product shows signs of use or damage.
  • Any accessory or original packaging is missing.

📦 Courier Partner will pick up from your Place
✅ Receive refund or exchange once quality checks are complete

4. Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to reject  if items do not meet our return policy criteria.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • For defective or incorrect items, please provide unboxing video proof for verification.
